We’re very happy and proud to welcome the b**rs of one of the most distinctive breweries ( or, as they call themselves, a true “Cantina Brassicola” ) Ca' del Brado to our b**r list.

A brewery that approaches b**r with the patience, curiosity and mindset of a w**ery, working with spontaneous fermentation, ageing and a deep connection to time. 🥂 🍻

“Û Baccabianca”: Barrel-aged wild Italian Grape Ale spontaneously fermented with 100% Grechetto Gentile (Pignoletto) white w**e grapes from the biodynamic w**emaker Gradizzolo.

“Û Baccarossa”: Barrel-aged wild Italian Grape Ale spontaneously fermented with 100% Centesimino (Sauvignon Rosso) red w**e grapes of Ancarani (a natural w**emaker from Oriolo dei Fichi).

“Oude Luiaard”: Oak barrel-aged blend of Invernomuto farmhouse ale with Oud Beersel 18-month old lambic.

Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi DOC Classico Superiore, Villa Bucci.
This w**e has a different kind of strength: it does not rely on rarity or power, but on the consistency of a producer who has been doing things the same way for decades…and doing them exceptionally well! 🍷

At Villa Bucci, farming close to nature has always been a way of life. Long before organic certification arrived in 2001, the Bucci family was already working their vineyards, olive groves, and wheat fields with patience and respect for the land. 🍃 🍇 🫒 🌳

From nearly 50-year-old vines, only the purest free-run juice is used to create this Verdicchio. Aged in century-old Slavonian oak casks, it combines precision, freshness, and remarkable elegance.

100% biodynamically farmed Chenin Blanc. 🍃
An exceptionally early harvest began on September 8 and stretched over six weeks. 🤯
Spontaneous fermentation and ageing in used demi-muids, with minimal intervention.

In the glass, a beautifully poised dry Vouvray: light on its feet yet deeply complex. Already captivating in its youth, with outstanding ageing potential.

Domaine du Coulet, led by Matthieu Barret, is a biodynamic estate in Cornas (Northern Rhône). Since taking over in 1998, Barret has focused on organic and biodynamic farming, working with minimal intervention in the cellar.

100% Syrah that emphasize purity of fruit, freshness, and balance rather than heavy tannins or extraction.

50% Marsanne, 50% Roussanne, it’s rich yet perfectly balanced, with notes of honey, beeswax, fennel and anise, lifted by bright acidity and a long, mineral finish
