REMEMBERING GARRY LAFFAN (1972–2026) ☘️
Today we remember Garry — a dear friend, a former colleague, and a familiar face who brought a smile, a story, and plenty of good humour wherever he went.
Garry touched the lives of many. He was not only a great friend and a colleague, but also a talented chef who brought passion, pride, and care to everything he created in the kitchen. Through his food, his laughter, and his generosity, he created memories that will stay with so many of us.
Loved by all who had the pleasure of knowing him, Garry will be remembered for his kindness, his big heart, his stories, and the good times shared together. Though he may no longer be with us, the memories, the laughter, and the moments shared will stay with us forever.
We invite everyone who knew Garry to join us at Lir Irish Bar on Friday, 7th August from 3PM as we come together to celebrate his life and remember the person he was.
