Hallo an Nicole 👋
In der Patisserie begrüßen wir Nicole Wongladon, die seit Anfang des Jahres als Pâtissière unser Team bereichert – und ab dem 1. April die Leitung unserer Patisserie übernommen hat.
Geboren in Thailand und im Alter von acht Jahren nach Deutschland gekommen, ist sie für ihre neue Aufgabe nach Berlin gezogen.
Was sie auszeichnet: präzises Handwerk und ein feines Gespür für Aromen – geprägt auch durch Zutaten und Geschmäcker, die sie seit ihrer Kindheit kennt.

We warmly welcome Nicole Wongladon, who has been part of our pastry team since the beginning of the year – and took over the leadership of our pastry section from April 1.
Born in Thailand and moving to Germany at the age of eight, she has now come to Berlin for her new role.
What defines her: precise craftsmanship and a refined sense for flavours – shaped in part by ingredients and tastes she has known since childhood.
