Your matcha can be perfectly green but still have red flags: Matcha is made from finely ground tea leaves, so whatever is in the leaf ends up in your cup. That’s why we test every harvest to ensure that heavy metal levels remain below EU regulatory limits and that our matcha is pesticide-free. Green is cute but lab-tested is cuter 🧪
