Mater Pizzeria Verace in Berlin Mater is a traditional Neapolitan Pizzeria in the heart of Berlin Neukölln. We believe that simplicity and excellence goes hand in hand.

We do original Neapolitan pizza with natural and selected products, love and passion.

We only use certified and selected ingredients for our toppings, sourced and imported from our curated network of small Italian farms. We have a strict NO GMO FLOURS POLICY, that’s why we use only high quality and renown Italian brands to make our dough. We are proud of the magic we do when preparing our dough: we combine the original and traditional “Verace” Neapolitan techniques, while adding a bit of modernity of the 21st century to it. 

Through a calibrated temperature check, and long time leavening of our dough, our pizza comes to you as soft and highly digestible.

We will still be open for you, but from 19:00 until 00:00 - giving you an extra hour later in the night.
