We couldn't be prouder to present a new exhibition by our very own Quasi Quasi pastry chef and talented artist, Ana Iramain.

On a regular day you would find her rolling out lasagna dough or patiently folding puff pastry in the kitchen but she has so much more to show!

This mixed media exhibition is a touching homage to her roots, a emotional journey to the countryside just outside Buenos Aires.

Eines vorweg: Pizzajunkies werden im Quasi Quasi enttäuscht. Denn dort gibt es keine. Aber das macht nichts, denn so konnte sich unsere Gastro-Kritikerin Tina Hüttl vollends auf die anderen Highlights der Cucina Italiana konzentrieren. Und davon gibt es bei dem kleinen im Trattoria-Stil gehaltenen Italiener im noch nicht ganz so gentrifizierten Teil von Alt-Treptow reichlich.

Für die Pasta hatte Tina Hüttl einen sehr heißen Tipp: Seeteufel-Nudeln. Konnten sie überzeugen? Welche Vorspeise katapultierte sie direkt an den Strand von Bella Italia? Gently welcome in the spring :)

Verdicchio "Sté" Santa Barbara. A classic verdicchio dei castelli di Jesi, from the Marche region in central Italy. A distinctive white wine famous for its dry fruitiness and minerality. Our "Sté" has a light, zesty nose and on the palate hints of white melon and meadow flowers which counterbalance its strong mineral finish. Perfect when paired with light spring appetizers and with fish dishes. Ideal with our Passatelli with mussels, langostine and cherry tomatoes, a recipe from the same Italian region. 💋
