📍 Berlin – Café Space Still Available 📍

We are urgently looking for a long-term Nachmieter for our lovely cosy café space at Mahlowerstr. 32 from 1st July 2026.

Suitable for:
• Cold food concepts
• Light/warm food preparation only (no heavy cooking)
• Retail, shop, showroom, or other compatible business concepts

The new tenant cannot take over the existing contract and must negotiate new terms directly with the landlord via our broker. Our current rental conditions are secured until May 2027 and very attractive.

We are offering the space with a heavily discounted Ablöse due the short timeframe and are open to all reasonable offers.

We are selling these two beloved art pieces as part of our farewell sale. Both our neon sign and beloved Dolly Parton collage are looking for a new place to call home in Berlin or even beyond. They are very unique in their own ways and deserve a new chapter. Please help us spread the word 🫶😘

All of our table settings are now listed online 😌❤️ There’s lots more items but we couldn’t list every single one. On Saturday we can only accept card payments / no cash. We are facing impending bankruptcy so we have priced items accordingly. Please no haggling 🤝 If you try to steal something the ghost of David Lynch will haunt you!
