We are urgently looking for a long-term Nachmieter for our lovely cosy café space at Mahlowerstr. 32 from 1st July 2026.

• Light/warm food preparation only (no heavy cooking)

The new tenant cannot take over the existing contract and must negotiate new terms directly with the landlord via our broker. Our current rental conditions are secured until May 2027 and very attractive.
