A taste of Italy, by a Michelin-starred chef.

This spring, Le Grill presents a three-course menu inspired by Angelo Sabatelli, the Italian chef whose cooking earned a Michelin star in 2013 and who has travelled from Monopoli to Rome, Shanghai and beyond, before returning home to his own restaurant.

A menu built around porcini, truffles and 24-month-aged Parmesan, carried through to a delicate meringata with iced sabayon. Italian at heart, reﬁned in technique and unmistakably his.
