Ak by ste sa Janyho opýtali na obľúbené jedlo z detstva, pravdepodobne by bez zaváhania odpovedal: špagety bolognese. A ani by sa nestihol opäť nadýchnuť a už by kričal: vyprážaný kurací rezeň s ryžou a kečupom. ❤️
Do Prahy prišiel po skúsenostiach z hotelovej kuchyne na Malorke. Akonáhle si hľadal novú prácu, dostal kontakt na Tomáša. Stretli sa, zarozprávali sa o koncepte a bolo rozhodnuté.
V Skô ho najčastejšie nájdete grilovať pri ohni. To má totiž najradšej. Pokiaľ by vám mal odporučiť niečo z nášho menu, boli by to jahňacie špeciality a samozrejme, bryndzové halušky.
A pokiaľ neje u nás, vrhá sa na ázijskú kuchyňu aj sushi.
Možno by ste to o ňom nepovedali, ale vyštudoval finančníctvo. Nakoniec, aj našťastie, vyhrala láska k vareniu.
🥨A ešte jedna zaujímavosť na záver: od nás si zaslúžil prezývku „Pagáč”, pretože ich robí najlepšie z celého tímu.

If you asked Jany about his favourite childhood dish, he’d probably answer without hesitation: spaghetti bolognese. And before he could even take another breath, he’d be shouting: fried chicken schnitzel with rice and ketchup. ❤️
Before joining us in Prague, Jany gained experience working in a hotel kitchen in Mallorca. When he started looking for a new challenge, he got in touch with Tomáš. They met, talked about the concept, and the decision was made.
At Skô, you’ll most often find him grilling over the open fire- his favourite place to be. If he had to recommend something from our menu, it would be the lamb specials and, of course, our bryndza dumplings.
And when he’s not eating at Skô, he’s usually reaching for Asian cuisine or sushi.
You might not guess it, but Jany actually studied finance. In the end - and fortunately for us - his passion for cooking won.
🥨 One last fun fact: around here, he’s earned the nickname “Pagáč” because he makes the best pagáče in the entire team.
