Every season needs a proper send-off. Ours comes in the shape of a white chocolate crate — hand-built and filled with rich chocolate brownie, fresh cherries, cherry sauce, and edible flowers. It's the dessert we're proudest of this summer, and the perfect note to close the menu on before autumn takes over.

There's a moment right before a dessert leaves our kitchen — when our chefs add the final, deliberate touch: a piece of dark chocolate, hand-stamped in gold with the Siddharta logo. It sits atop layers of raspberry mousse and lemon balm, finished with fresh raspberries and edible flowers on our signature dark stoneware. A small detail, but the one that says the plate is ready.

Prague's still sweating through this heat, and so is our kitchen — but for a good reason. Behind this plate of sweet potato noodles with grilled shrimp and chili-garlic butter sauce is a bit of the process you don't usually see. Some weeks, Prague doesn't just warm up — it turns the heat all the way up. This one's been that kind of week. So we leaned into it with something that actually makes sense to eat in 36°C: grilled tofu, a good crunch of fried peanuts, and fresh lemon balm to keep it all light on the tongue.

It's simple, it's cooling, and it's on the menu right now. Kitchen's open daily 7:30–15:30, lunch served 11:30–15:00 — swing by Jakubská 8 and let the salad do the work.
