V pondělí 23.6. k nám zavítá dlouholetý tchajwanský kamarád, autor knihy s prostým názvem Oolong, farmář a skvělý čajový producent Shih Wei Lin. Od 17 hodin s ním v Tea Mountain bude čajová ochutnávka oolongů a povídání o tom, co je to ideální čaj, jak ho vyrobit a jak ho rozpoznat v záplavě oolongů na čajovém trhu. Dozvíte se, jakých vlastností pan Lin snaží u čaje dosáhnout, jaké jsou soutěžní aspekty čaje a proč nemusí být šampión soutěže ten nejlepší čaj v šálku. Na ochutnávku je volných maximálně 12 míst. Starting at 5 PM at Tea Mountain, there will be a tasting of oolongs with him and a talk about what makes an ideal tea, how to produce it, and how to recognize it amid the flood of oolongs on the tea market. You’ll learn what qualities Mr. Lin aims for in his teas, what the competitive aspects of tea are, and why the champion of a tea contest may not necessarily be the best tea in the cup.
