Our chef Lore comes from the beautiful Province of Massa-Carrara, a place between the sea and the mountains in Tuscany, famous for its history, traditions, and incredible Italian cuisine.

Growing up surrounded by authentic Italian flavors and family recipes, Lore brought his passion, experience, and love for real Italian food to Prague — creating dishes that taste just like home.
