Pivovar Zhůřák je malý řemeslný pivovar založený v roce 2013. Je asi 25 kilometrů jižně od Plzně ve vesnici Zhůř. Pivovar má 250 litrovou varnu a 5 fermentačních nádrží. Hlavně se zde vaří různá svrchně kvašená piva (IPA,
NEIPA, Pale Ale, atd.) Většina piva se dává do sudů a prodává se do několika barů v Plzni, Praze a Brně. Pivo se lahvuje většinou na svátky. Pivní terasa v pivovaru je otevřena od května do konce září v pátek a v sobotu. Pivo se v pivovaru prodává po celý rok do PET lahví. Pivovar Zhůřák is a small craft brewery founded in 2013. It is about 25 kilometers south of Pilsen in the village of Zhůř. The brewery has a 250 liter brewhouse and 5 fermentation tanks. Various top fermented beers(IPA, NEIPA, Pale Ale, etc) are brewed here rather than the traditional lagers of the region. Most of the beer is kegged and sold to a few bars in Pilsen, Prague and Brno. Bottles are typically done for the holidays but are becoming more common throughout the year. The beer terrace at brewery is open during the summer on Fridays and Saturdays and beer is sold in PETs throughout the year from the brewery.
