A good coffee is all cyclists' passion. Before, during or after the ride a good coffee completes a good ride. Welcome to Tochni village.

This is what we do in The Feed Zone cafe, we complete a good ride! For us at The Feed Zone cafe, good coffee is a passion that grew bigger through years of riding in Cyprus and around the world, always aiming to combine nice rides with specialty coffee! The Feed Zone cafe is a project that we created in 2020. Our aim is to welcome you, our cycling guests in the unique environment of Tochni, ride with you and enjoy a nice coffee with you. At our cafe the baristas prepare for you Specialty coffee supplied by Taf, serve you with locally made energy bars, fresh smoothies and much more to boost your ride. We hope you can take a moment, have a coffee and feel the passion!

BEYOND THE GRAVEL: DISCOVER NICOSIA

Bedrock is also an opportunity to discover more of Cyprus.

Our visit to Nicosia takes us inside the historic walled city, where narrow streets, local cafés, traditional architecture and contemporary city life come together.

Nicosia is the last divided capital city in the world—a city with a complex history and a character unlike anywhere else on the island.

It is a different side of Cyprus and another story to take home from your Bedrock experience.

THE BEST STORIES ARE OFTEN SHARED AROUND THE TABLE

The ride may bring everyone together, but the friendships often begin afterward.

Bikes are parked, helmets come off and riders gather around the Bedrock table for Cypriot food, BBQ, local drinks and stories from the road. The difficult climb becomes something to laugh about. Strangers become riding partners. Plans are made for tomorrow’s route.

Bedrock is not an event where everyone disappears after the finish. We ride together—and we make time to enjoy the moments that follow.

A complete cycling week is not only about how hard you ride. It is also about how well you recover.

Bedrock includes yoga sessions to help riders stretch tired muscles, improve mobility and unwind after a day on the gravel.

Breathe more deeply. Release the tension from the ride. Give your body time to recover—and prepare for the next adventure.

Challenging gravel and mindful recovery: both belong in the Bedrock week.

FROM THE FARM TO THE TABLE

You may already know the taste of halloumi. At Bedrock, you can discover the people, animals and traditions behind it.

During our visit to a local cheese farm, we will learn how authentic Cypriot halloumi is produced, meet the people preserving this tradition and taste it fresh at the place where the process begins.

This is more than a tasting. It is an opportunity to connect with the land, rural life and one of Cyprus’s best-known flavours.

At Bedrock, discovering Cyprus continues after the bikes are parked.

👏 HANDS PRESERVING A CYPRIOT TRADITION

Some Bedrock experiences ask you to pedal. This one asks you to slow down, watch and create.

During our basket-weaving experience, a local craftsperson will introduce us to one of Cyprus’s oldest rural traditions.

We will see how simple natural materials are shaped by hand and have the opportunity to try the craft ourselves.

It is a relaxed and personal way to meet local people, understand their traditions and experience the culture behind the landscapes we ride through.

FROM TOCHNI TO LEFKARA: A ROAD FULL OF STORIES

We leave the stone streets of Tochni and follow quiet gravel roads into the hills of the Larnaka region.

The landscape changes as we ride through farmland, valleys and traditional villages before reaching Lefkara—one of Cyprus’s most distinctive mountain communities.

Some sections invite you to move quickly. Others make you climb, concentrate or stop to take in the view. Every kilometre reveals another side of rural Cyprus.

This is what riding at Bedrock is about: not simply following a GPX line, but discovering where the road takes you.

THE HEART OF BEDROCK: FEED ZONE CAFÉ

Every great ride needs a meeting point—and during Bedrock, ours is Feed Zone Café in Tochni.

It is where mornings begin with coffee, bikes and conversations about the route ahead. After the ride, it becomes the place to slow down, refuel and exchange stories from the day.

Somebody conquered a difficult climb. Someone else found their new favourite gravel road. Another rider is already planning tomorrow’s adventure.

Feed Zone is more than a café. It is the social heart of Bedrock—the place where riders become friends and every day’s experience comes together.

Because the best cycling memories are not created only on the bike. Sometimes, they are made around the table afterwards.
