From where we started… to where we are today. ❤️
Looking back at these pictures, it’s hard not to feel a little emotional. What you see today didn’t happen overnight. It took countless hours, hard work, patience, and a whole lot of love.
Behind so much of that effort is our one and only Boss Nick, whose dedication, vision, and hard work have helped turn Platia Bar Restaurant into what it is today. Every little detail, every improvement, every long day and late night has been part of the journey.
There were challenges along the way, but there was always a reason to keep going: to build something we could be proud of, and a place where people could come together, enjoy good food, and feel at home.
Platia Bar Restaurant has grown and changed so much, but the heart behind it has always stayed the same.
To everyone who has supported us, helped us, visited us, shared our posts, or simply believed in what we were trying to create—thank you. You are part of this story too. 🥹❤️
