Dear our supporters,

With this post we would like to inform our super beloved customers that Harmony by the sea closes its doors for good.

It has been amazing for us to meet you all, and serve you our hospitality, services, food and drinks. We must say that you were all exceptional showing us your support either with comments at the restaurant or with your reviews on TripAdvisor (where you pointed us as the 2nd best restaurant in Pissouri), but also on other pages, still with your top reviews. We hope we met your expectations and that you had great time while you were visiting us.

We wish you all to keep having great food and service not only in Pissouri but anywhere in Cyprus. If you like us to recommend you anything including restaurants, please feel free to sent us a message!

part of the ancient attractive village of Pissouri, in Pissouri Bay, 50 steps from the sea

*Our environment
in Pissouri has changed lately along with the island
- more hotels and private villas

- more restaurants and traditional taverns

The traditions of the Cypriots and the British are mixed here - their taste preferences and cultural values

In our Restaurant, a glass of Kombucha Aperol Spritz can be a nice addition to Peach and coconut dessert.

Of course, you know everything about kombucha! And the fact that this drink has become one of the components of a healthy lifestyle*, and how kombucha has captured the global market**

It appeared, most likely, in Ancient China, in Tibet, where the drink has been prepared for thousands of years. Someone may know this drink under another name "chaynyy grib".

The taste of kombucha resembles lemonade or kvass (rus), but this is only at first glance. Shades of properly prepared kombucha drink are more elegant, complex and multifaceted, with a pleasant aftertaste.

* The drink became fashionable when America began to replace refrigerators with cola and energy drinks in huge coworking spaces with refrigerators with pure water and kombucha. Company executives decided that it would be better if their employees drink natural drinks.

Delicious pulp and caviar of a sea urchin is tender, sweet and slightly salty with a nutty flavor, leaving a long-lasting aftertaste of the sea.

*You can try sea urchin in Seafood risotto from the restaurant menu. Prawns, scallops and mussels, combined with sea urchin, make the risotto rich in flavor.

*Did you know that echinoderms are actively used in pharmacology: on their basis, various nutritional supplements are being developed to combat depression, improve brain activity, digestion and general health promotion. Fresh or fresh-frozen caviar has the greatest benefit, because it retains more nutrients.

*Our fresh sea urchin comes from Greece. Try, enjoy and immerse yourself in pleasure with a piece of the Mediterranean!

I am glad that the restaurant, which I represent, is part of a large environmental protection project (https://cyprusenvironment.org)

Some proven facts:

*Mild, moist, buttery and very tender (definitely not the firmest of white fleshed fin fish).

* In a well-made ceviche, the Lionfish melts in your mouth, while the butteriness balances well with the lime juice. In Ceviche it is rather firm and tastes like a cross between lobster and shrimp.

* Fresh lionfish can be eaten raw, in ceviche or cooked any number of ways.
