Good Afternoon to another Monday. A fantastic reception for the Bar Hounds yesterday, teriffic band from Wales doing a few gigs, catch them if you ca before they leave.

Good Morning Monday and welcome to another day in paradise, wherever that may be for you, I'm on best behaviour for 2 weeks, mother is visiting!!

A big thanks to everyone who came by last week, whether you took part in Karaoke, or dabbed at Bingo, or teetered over a quiz, or maybe put the world to rights in The Frog discussion chamber, better known as the 5o'clock club!!

Let's see what we can do this week, here goes.....
