🐏☕ WHY ARE WE CALLED MOUFLON COFFEE CO? 🇨🇾

We thought we’d share a little bit about the story behind our name… The Mouflon.

The Cyprus Mouflon is a rare wild sheep found only here in Cyprus, living mainly in the beautiful forests and mountains of Paphos. It’s one of the island’s most recognisable animals and an important part of Cyprus’ natural heritage. 🇨🇾🌿

In fact, the Mouflon is such an iconic symbol of Cyprus that you’ll even find it pictured on the Cypriot 1c, 2c and 5c coins. 🪙

When choosing a name for our coffee shop, we wanted something that felt uniquely Cypriot — something connected to the island we call home, while still being distinctive enough to build our own identity around.

And so…

MOUFLON COFFEE CO. was born. 🐏☕

A little piece of Cyprus in every cup. 💚

Our afternoon teas are becoming very popular, so if you’ve been meaning to book, now is the time! 💚

Through October & early November, enjoy our Classic Afternoon Tea on:

Then from 11th November, we’re getting festive! 🎄✨

Our Festive Afternoon Tea will be available on:

Expect a delicious selection of sandwiches, savouries, cakes and sweet treats, all served in true Mouflon style. 🥪🍰☕
