Sorry to be the bearer of bad news but the kitchen will be closed from now for the summer for maternity leave. It’s far too hot in the kitchen!

Made a big batch of healthy chilli con carne for me for my freezer but if anyone wants some before I put it in, its €5.00 rice included.

Contains red peppers, kidney beans, black beans, haricot beans, sweetcorn and lots of tomatoes. Got a bit of a kick to it so probably not for you Korma lovers 🥵

After a 12 hour working day we raided the freezer for one of our curries. Which reminds us.....we have a stock of frozen meal deals available, curry, rice, naan and bhaji plus a mint and yoghurt dip, which will be made up fresh. Only €10. Plus kiddie portions coming soon......
