Happy Father’s Day, to all the fathers in the world, who have worked hard all their lives to give a better start in life to their sons and daughters. Here in Cartmel the home of the sticky toffee
Pudding, every champion jockey who wins at Cartmel recieves one, what a great present for fathers day. or what about a visit to unsworth yard to the specialist cheese shop, get a nice cheese board to sit and share with your farther, or a prrsentation pack of real ales, or a nice bottle of wine, what about a nice breakfast at the boutique hotel and coffee shop, or a traditional Sunday roast at one of our fine pubs , 5 to chose from.have a lakes ice cream and do some shopping at hales of Cartmel . Ladies and gentleman, it's with a heavy heart, that I must inform you that yesterday was the last day of us trading Genesis restaurant. Due to new legislation introduced by the mayor of Paphos, there are a number of changes needed to the restaurant, that are very expensive. Resulting in a reduction of trading area of up to 75%. Which makes the site unviable as a business. I would like to thank all the support given to us through the years from a great bunch of regular customers. We will be moving the operation into our other business The Rugby Arms, serving our steak menu, Thursday Friday Saturday nights, and our carvery on a Sunday. We look forward to welcoming you into the Rugby Arms. Thank you all. chef to the stars now at Rugby Arms.

Another great day in Genesis restaurant. Next week is the last Sunday carvery, due to licensing issues, which the landlord refuses to address. It's been six years we have been running the business. A very sad day. How ever we will be moving the carvery into the Rugby Arms from the 3 rd of February. Same food same chef bookings will be essential, call 99716250. if you want to be a part of a moment in history and attend the closing party at Genesis restaurant. Book early for next Sunday.free glass of wine to say thank you for your custom in Genesis. But look out for offers and deals in the Rugby Arms.
