Attention coffee and tea lovers! 🥰

Did you know... that caffeine can offer a number of health benefits, such as improving mental alertness and focus? ☕

However, it's important to consume it in moderation. The recommended daily caffeine intake for adults is no more than 400mg, which is equivalent to about two to three cups of coffee or eight cups of tea.

But how much caffeine is actually in your favorite brew? 🥤

A typical cup of brewed coffee contains anywhere from 95-200mg of caffeine, while a cup of tea typically contains 25-55mg. Keep in mind that factors like brewing method, roast type, and grind can all affect caffeine levels.

Even decaffeinated coffee contains 2 to 5mg of caffeine!! 🤔

So go ahead and enjoy your cup of joe or tea, just be mindful of your caffeine intake and make sure you're staying within recommended limits.
