Dear former customers of The Old Coffee Shop,
we want to give a shout out about new developments with the Coffee Shop. Since yesterday the street in fornt of the Shop is not yet finished but they closed with concrete, so the location is access able again. Frist of all I want to thank Kyriacos and Maia for a great transition and theirs help and the passion. We’re absolutely thrilled to have you here. Many of you spent wonderful hours in that charming old building at Agiou Georgiou 38, enjoying strong Cypriot coffee, homemade pastries, fresh meals, and the genuine village warmth that made The Old Coffee Shop such a beloved kafeneion for generations. Even after its temporary closure during the pandemic and its brief revival, we know how much that special place meant to you — and we’re honoured that you’re now joining us for its exciting new chapter.
That historic space is reopening as The Roastery & Coffee House Edition Finesse, in full partnership with Retreat & Club Edition Finesse (and our sister concepts). It will be the perfect daytime extension of the warm hospitality, garden-fresh flavours, and unforgettable evenings you already enjoy with us just a short stroll away in Maroni. Think expertly roasted coffee, flaky pastries, hearty breakfast plates, light lunches, and a relaxed wine-bar atmosphere that flows seamlessly into the same spirit of quality and care you already love.
And there’s even more good news: beside the ground-floor coffee house, the second level will soon house dedicated massage rooms (extending the wellness experience many of you already enjoy) and a beautiful little shop showcasing the best local Cypriot products — from our permaculture garden harvests to handmade goods and carefully selected village treasures.
This expansion is all about creating even more reasons for our Maroni community to gather, relax, and connect. Imagine starting your day with a perfect flat white and a view of the hills, enjoying a rejuvenating massage, browsing local delights, and then joining us later for dinner — all within a two-minute walk.Your support and love for what we do have made this possible. ) for opening dates and soft-launch details. We start opening the Coffee Shop itself while we do restructuring the house for the additional services and also update the gastronomic facilities to develop into full gastronomic concept. The house has not been upgraded for a long time and we do a deep trasnformation.
