Hi 👋🏻 My name is Alina! And here is 10 things you might not know about me ✨
1. I’ve lived in 6 countries across 9 cities — and Cyprus is my second and my current home.
2. I love to travel. One of the most unforgettable experiences was visiting Antarctica 10 years ago.
3. I have over 25 years of design experience, 10 of which are in pastry art — every year shaping the way I create.
4. Every cake that came out of Yiamy Studio (with one exception ok) was decorated by me. I also have the best team, it’s literally impossible to do it alone.
5. I speak almost 4 languages, even though learning them has always been one of the hardest challenges for me.
6. Everything in my life needs to match and be organized. I was born this way, what can I do 🥹
7. I ran a marathon (42 km) without proper training. I don’t recommend it, but it taught me that the mind really has no limits.
8. I opened Yiamy Studio with zero experience — a wild adventure I don’t suggest trying 🙂
9. I know what burnout feels like — which is why I’ve learned to protect my rest. My favourite way to truly switch off is diving, preferably somewhere far away, surrounded by water and silence.
10. I’ve cried many times while making cakes because I was just so tired, but every single moment has shaped my journey, and I wouldn’t change a thing.
