Aya field trip 🌾 Destination: halloumi.

Food is a verb — and it usually starts on a farm.

We dropped in on the Salatas family, who’ve been making halloumi for over a decade. We like the way they do things: by hand, with care, working with local farmers. That’s exactly why their halloumi is on our plate.

Big thanks to Mrs Katerina, Pambos and Tomazos for having us, and for the bell, now officially our kitchen mascot.
