We’re thrilled to welcome the first 10kg albacore tuna of the year to our menu today. Freshly landed and ready to be enjoyed.

Come taste the start of the season—we can’t wait to share it with you!

Warm brioche topped with albacore tuna belly tartare, bright lemon, and XXL basil leaves. 🍃 ✨
