In France they call them Profiteroles, in the USA — cream puffs. In many of our guests call them “my favorite dessert”, and we can’t agree more.

Are there any vegetarian options in the menu? Certo, signore e signori. Sure!

Apart from outstandingly fresh green salad and warm starters like artichokes and peppers, we’d go for pasta al pomodorro, caccio e pepe — or hot warming arrabiata. Chilli peppers give the dish its spicy kick, while the garlic and tomatoes provide a rich, savoury flavour. Don’t forget, we cook it all for the lunchtime as well — 12:00-16:00 during the business days and 10:00-16:00 on Saturdays and Sundays.

What a gorgeous time ahead — two beautiful days of chill, fun and pure enjoyment.
At Salone we cherish weekends as a little summer that happens every week no matter the season — and do everything we might to make it memorable.

Mornings (from 10 til 14) are best for brunch. Family, friends, lovers, kids, dogs — or solo! — we invite you to enjoy a thin glass of bubbles alongside with the scramble&crab, a cup of coffee with your favorite cake or a pastry piece.

12:00 til 16:00 we are serving lunch: pasta is always a good idea, but it literally was invented to be shared with your beloved ones at the daytime. The variety of crudo and starters, pizza selection and antipasti might turn your weekend lunch into the feast of the season!

16:00-18:00 we take time to prepare the restaurant to a long and vivid night of Saturday, but if you feel like coming — welcome to SHIBUI. That’s the Asian Gourmet with shady veranda and best hand rolls in town next door, that works every day from 13:00 til midnight and we’ll gladly serve you there.

As for Salone, it opens the doors wearing chic Saturday night outfit at 18:00 til late late night to embrace the beauty, the ambiance and the art of Italian gastronomy. Vine and Champaign, sour carafes and Mr Pierre Woodman, oysters (it you manage to catch the catch) and very special autumn menu that we are launching this weekend — what a joy to work in the ambiance like that! We love Saturdays the way we love pizza, vintage and flowers. What do we do on Sundays, you’d ask? Repeat! 🤍
