Positions Available:
Bartender
Responsibilities:
• Prepare and serve drinks to customers efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area.
• Check identification to ensure customers meet age requirements for the purchase of alcohol.
• Keep track of inventory and notify management of any shortages.
• Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere.
Qualifications:
• Previous bartending experience preferred.
• Knowledge of various drinks and cocktail recipes.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to handle a fast-paced environment.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
Waiter/Waitress
Responsibilities:
• Greet and seat customers in a friendly manner.
• Take accurate food and drink orders and deliver them promptly.
• Ensure tables are clean and set for the next guests.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience as a waiter/waitress is a plus.
• Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
• A positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
Chef
Responsibilities:
• Prepare and cook meals according to our menu.
• Ensure the kitchen operates smoothly and maintains a high standard of cleanliness.
• Monitor food stock and place orders as needed.
• Create new dishes and specials to attract more customers.
• Maintain a safe and sanitary kitchen environment.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a chef or cook.
• Familiarity with various cooking methods and procedures.
• Ability to work efficiently in a busy kitchen.
• Creativity in menu planning and presentation.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
