Our besties Leonard & Irene having our first White Asparagus of the season. The dish is called “Black Salmon & White Gold”, Black Salmon is a wink to Nobu’s Black Codd, because of the Miso and White Gold is of course a translation of the Dutch nickname to this delicacy. Come and get yours!
