I absolutely love it when a design matches the exact energy of the couple. This 100-serving beauty was handcrafted to feel right at home on the coast, using soft white blooms and a textured cream buttercream that mirrors the beach sand. 🏝️
Inside, we went fully tropical! The newlyweds chose a delicious blend of coconut, piña colada, and vanilla to surprise their guests. 🥥🍍
Big love to for planning it all flawlessly, and for bringing that dream vintage charm with their gorgeous decor and classic VW van!

Lately, we’ve seen the most beautiful shift in how couples approach their wedding cake. Instead of just a formal tradition, they’re choosing to pause and blow out candles together. It’s a symbolic way to turn a “to-do” into a shared wish. Each flame representing a dream for their life together, blown out as a team and sealed with a kiss. 🤍

For this celebration of 120 guests at De Gouverneur, the cake was crafted to be as bright and fresh as that first wish:
Lemon sponge with a delicate Swiss lemon cream, a smooth white chocolate finish and finished with airy, edible wafer paper details.
At the heart of it, a wedding isn’t about following a script; it’s about those genuine chapters of your story that you choose to write your own way. 🥂
