The steak is easy. Choosing the sauce might take a little longer.

Our 250g tenderloin comes with three choices, each bringing something different to the table: green peppercorn sauce, béarnaise or beurre Café de Paris.

Maybe you already have a favourite. Maybe this is the evening to order something different.

And if classic tenderloin isn’t quite enough, Rossini adds foie gras de canard and truffle sauce to the equation.

A proper steak deserves a proper decision. 🥩

We’ll admit it: when it comes to wine, we can be a little particular. And we’re quite comfortable with that. 🍷

A bottle can tell a very different story once it has been opened, which is why Calvin uses our wine preservation system behind the bar. After a glass is poured, the bottle is carefully sealed again to help look after the wine that remains.

A touch technical for a relaxed evening at Esty’s? Maybe. But you don’t have to think about any of it.

You just get to enjoy what ends up in your glass.

Some dishes make you look twice before you take the first bite.

Our 𝘛𝘢𝘳𝘵𝘦 𝘛𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘯 𝘢𝘶𝘹 𝘖𝘪𝘨𝘯𝘰𝘯𝘴 takes a familiar French name in a decidedly savoury direction. 🇫🇷 It’s the kind of dish for people who enjoy discovering something a little less obvious on the menu and perhaps finding a new favourite along the way.

Because sometimes the most interesting order is the one you didn’t expect to make.

It’s being there at the right moment, noticing the little things and making everyone around the table feel completely at ease.

For us, hospitality should never feel scripted or overly formal. Esty’s may have a little French flair, but underneath it all there’s plenty of Caribbean warmth. 🤍

Because you might come for what’s on the menu, but how you’re welcomed can be just as important when deciding where you’ll return.
