FRIDAY 9 OCTOBER — CALEO

A Gastronomic Night of Mezcal
XCG 350 | Only 25 seats

For one night, we're turning Caleo into a playground for food, cocktails and some seriously good mezcal.

Together with Andrés from Maguey Spirits, we'll explore the Bozal portfolio the way we like to do things at Caleo: around the table, with great food, cocktails in between, copitas being passed around, and a few bottles you don't come across every day.

Expect four shared courses, three pairing cocktails and accompanying mezcal pours, with each round built to show a different side of agave. With dessert, we change gears for a final mezcal pairing before Andrés pulls out something special: a limited-production Bozal expression, brought to Curaçao in very small quantities especially for Ruta Agave.
