The Tlayuda in Mexico 🌮

While exploring the culinary roots of Crêpes in Mexico, I discovered not just Tacos but also the Tlayuda, an authentic Mexican dish featuring a large, crispy tortilla generously topped with avocado and refried beans.

My first experience with Tlayuda was delightful, especially with the beetroot sauce complementing its crunchy texture 😋
