Ingredients / Sastojci:
For Potato / Za krompir:
- 2 Big potato (around 350gr) / Veća krompira (oko 350gr)
- Oil / Ulje
- 1/2tbsp Pepper / Bibera
- 1tbsp Dry spice / Vegete
- 1tbsp Paprika powder / Mlevene paprike
- 1tbsp Garlic in powder / Beli luk u prahu
- 1sp Parmesan / Parmezana
For bruschetti / Bruskete:
- Baguette / Baget
- 4 Cherry tomato / Čeri paradajza
- 1sp Oil / Ulje
- 1 Glove garlic / Češnja belog luka
- Couple leaves fresh basil (1tbsp of dry) / Nekoliko listova svežeg bosiljka (1 kašičica suvog)
- 1tbsp Salt / Soli
- 1/2tbsp Pepper / Bibera
Sauce / Sos:
- 1sp Mayonnaise / Majoneza
- 1sp Sour cream / Kisele pavlake
- 100gr Smoked ham / Dimljene slanine
- 1 Glove garlic / Češnja belog luka

In hot pan fry bacon, when finish put it aside. Cut potato and spice up with oil, pepper, dry spice, paprika powder, garlic powder and parmesan. Put it in oven on 200C for 30min. Cut cherry tomato, basil and garlic and put it in bowl, add salt, pepper and oil and mix it. Cut baguette and toast it in pan where was bacon, when finish put in plate and add cherry tomato on top. Cut bacon on small dices and but in small bowl, add sour cream, mayonnaise and smashed garlic. Serve everything on plate and that's it, enjoy 🙂.

Na vrelom tiganju ispržiti slaninu, kada je gotova izvaditi i staviti sa strane. Iseći krompir i začiniti sa uljem, biberom, vegetom, mlevenom paprikom, belim lukom u prahu i parmezanom. Staviti u rernu na 200C oko 30min. Iseći čeri paradajz, bosiljak i beli luk i ubaciti u činiju, dodati so, biber i ulje i promešati. Iseći baget i tostirati u tiganju gde se pržila slanina, kada se istostira staviti u tanjir i posuti čeri paradajzom preko. Iseći slaninu na sitne kockice i staviti u činijicu, dodai kiselu pavlaku, majonez i zdrobljeni beli luk. Servirati sve na tanjir i to je to, uživajte 🙂.
