Japan has great dishes that are not called sushi. We wanted to serve different, awesome foreign food that is accessible for all of Belgrade's citizens. Accessible means it is affordable, uses familiar ingredients in a totally different way, and is set up in a relaxed atmosphere. For this, we needed to keep Marukoshi simple and straightforward.
