Hello, dear friends! 🕺

This Friday, March 27 at 19:00, Dobar Dabar will host an intimate concert by the Gypsy Jazz Trio.

Along with the jazz, for this evening only, we’ll have special menu items:

Food:
• Pulled pork & camembert sandwich
Slow-braised pulled pork in its own juices, pickled cucumber, pickled onion, cheese, and Dijon aioli.

• Baked camembert
Camembert baked with honey fermented with rosemary and garlic, topped with roasted walnuts and served with toast.

Drinks:
• Gypsy infusion with rum, walnut, and saffron
• Gypsy cocktail based on the infusion
