Poznati svetski kuvar i vlasnik lanca restorana u svetskim metropolama, Ričard Sandoval, otvorio je prvi restoran u Srbiji sa konceptom "malih tanjira" baziranih na latinoameričkim ukusima. Sandoval već ima lanac od 26 restorana sa tim konceptom, u Denveru, Las Vegasu, Njujorku, Santa Moniki, Vašingtonu, Meksiku, Dubaiju i Kataru, a restoran u Beogradu se nalazi u Beton hali na Savskom pristaništu

. Poreklom Meksikanac, Sandoval je čuven po tome što latinoameričku kuhinju prilagođava internacionalnim standardima; sastavljao je jelovnike za restorane čuvenih svetskih hotela. Restoran u Beogradu zove se "Toro Latin Gastrobar" i konceptualno liči na restoran "Toro Toro" u Dubaiju, a gosti imaju priliku da u malim porcijama probaju različite ukuse moderne latinoameričke kuhinje. U ponudi se nalaze gvakamole, španski kroketi, autetična empanada i naćosi, "Toro" salata, jela spremljena u voku i na roštilju, uz izbor dezerta i koktela.
