Naša priča počinje u Veroni, gde smo – pre mnogo godina – otkrili bogatstvo lokalne kuhinje italijanske regije Veneto. Nismo se zaljubili samo u tiramisu i Vialone Nano, već u čitavu paletu ukusa koji su uzdrmali naša nepca, otvarajući vrata jednom novom svetu koji čeka da ga istražimo. Ali kako zadovoljiti vladara? Ako su sastojci ono što čini ukusno jelo, onda će ga iskusni kuvar učiniti odlični

We embarked on our journey in the Italian town of Verona when we first discovered the intricacies of the local Veneto cuisine, many years ago. It wasn’t just the Tiramisu or the Vialone Nano we fell in love with, but the entire regional palette that rocked our taste buds, opening the doors of an entire world waiting to be discovered. Italians say it is the belly that rules the heart. But how do you satisfy the one that rules? If it’s the ingredients that make up a tasty dish, then a skilful chef makes it a great one. But it is only with love, limitless and unconditional, that a recipe is turned into an experience - that warm feeling inside that leaves you craving and coming back for more.
