WATER + MELON = WATERMELON 😅

Well, yeah… we’re in a playful mood, so we can get away with a few bad puns! Especially since after this weekend we’re heading off for our godišnji odmor (a whole 10 days)! But before that, this week’s watermelon nastojka is already chilling in the fridge, while Stefan Kazaryan’s food special is marinating. Come by!

RIGA GOES TO BELGRADE ✈️

Our friends from Bibelot, a shot bar from Riga known for its nastojkas and snacks, are coming to visit us! And that’s exactly the kind of thing we all absolutely love. The crew is bringing some specials with them, we’ll be presenting collaborative merch, and, as always, treating you to great music.

The highlight of the program is a guest shift by Bibelot from the heart of Riga. The crew is bringing signature dishes such as a sprat sandwich (400 RSD), cheese salad (500 RSD) and grilled sausages with peas (600 RSD). Isn’t that a miracle? Wait, there’s more: horseradish and sea buckthorn nastojkas (250 RSD each), and of course Riga Black Balsam. All of this will be available on Sunday only.

We’ve also prepared merch for the occasion — an oversized T-shirt for lovers of cool design and nastojkas. Which is basically all of us!

THE SWEET WEEK 😋

We figured we could all use a bit more sweetness at the start of this beautiful summer. So we got our hands on a batch of maple syrup and crafted a juicy special with it. Musically, things stay sweet but never too sugary — a full spectrum of electronic music for both enthusiasts and pros.

This hot week, we’re heading to Vietnam without leaving BIFE! Expect authentic pho bo by our guest chef, a Vietnamese coffee infusion (yes, the one with condensed milk), and, as always, four days soundtracked by DJs we trust like ourselves.

That’s why this week brings a long-awaited collab with a Macedonian super foodie, guests from Montenegro and Croatia, and a special nastojka — in short, Balkan vibes in their purest form. A double impact, just like in that Van Damme movie — a grape nastojka made with “loza” rakija. This is a traditional rakija from North Macedonia, and yes, it’s already amazing on its own, but as always, we interpreted it our own way — and somehow made it even better!
