We’ve got something heartfelt to share.

As many of you know, Tres Bon was more than just a restaurant in the New Orleans area. It was a space filled with spice, soul, music, and the kind of flavor that brought people together — showing our pride in Louisiana and Cajun culture.

But life has a rhythm of its own… and it brought us to the golden coasts of Potrero, Costa Rica, where the sunsets are surreal, the breeze is warm, and the spirit of community is just as strong. 🌅

Today, we’re thrilled to introduce you to our new home:
🏨 Hotel Parti Gras Potrero — where the NOLA soul meets the Costa Rican coast. Or better yet... where Mardi Gras meets the beach.

And yes… we’re not done cooking yet. 🍲🔥
We’re building something special: Cajun Corner — a restaurant that will bring all the bold, spicy, Creole & Cajun flavors of Louisiana straight to the heart of Guanacaste.
