Leo Castro brings to your table literally a world of culinary experience, having spent 15 career years on board cruise ships with ports of call in many countries. His love of the classic cuisine that he delighted in preparing for passengers, mostly table-side, is apparent in the personalized service he now provides to guests at private catered events. The Costa Rica native completed programs in hotel restaurant management and customer service in Scranton, Pennsylvania, and at Johnson & Wales University in the United States.
