Letting me take care of all the dining details means you don’t have to — from planning a delightfully original menu to the perfectly timed serving of each delicious food and beverage selection. Nothing gives us greater pleasure at Leo's Catering Services than seeing you sit back, relax and fully enjoy your dining experience. Our job is to leave you free to savor every flavor and engage in carefree conversation uninterrupted with no other preoccupations. Whether it’s a sunset dinner on the beach or terrace at an exclusive vacation resort, or a casual spread in your cozy home kitchen, expect no delicious detail to be spared. Our menu offerings are branded with originality: from appetizers, salads and entrées to flambées and other specialty desserts and coffees. No event is too large or small … too formal or casual. Indoors or out, the surroundings can be as wide-open or intimate as you choose. Leo’s team can accommodate your style and preferences for location as well as cuisine. ABOUT LEO

Leo Castro brings to your table literally a world of culinary experience, having spent 15 career years on board cruise ships with ports of call in many countries. His love of the classic cuisine that he delighted in preparing for passengers, mostly table-side, is apparent in the personalized service he now provides to guests at private catered events. The Costa Rica native completed programs in hotel restaurant management and customer service in Scranton, Pennsylvania, and at Johnson & Wales University in the United States.
