We’re back at the Tamarindo Saturday Market tomorrow from 8 AM–2 PM with Longhorn Smokehouse BBQ and Pura Outlaw Supply Co.

We've have the smoker working overtime with:

Happy Monday.

Here’s something I don’t ask for very often, but I’d really love your feedback.

When we had the Longhorn Smokehouse restaurant, reviews were incredibly important to us, and we were fortunate to receive many five-star reviews from our customers. Since getting back to what we love, serving Texas barbecue at the local farmers markets, we haven’t asked for reviews at all.

Molly, our Official Taste Tester and Head of Quality Control, thinks that needs to change. She’d like some independent confirmation that her taste buds are still up to the job.

So, if you’ve picked up brisket, ribs, pulled pork, Texas chili, barbecue sauce or anything else from us at the Tamarindo market, Playas del Coco, or anywhere else over the past couple of months, we’d really appreciate it if you took a minute to leave us a review here on Facebook or Google (link below)

Our goal has always been pretty simple: make authentic, delicious Texas slow-smoked barbecue and serve something we’re genuinely proud of. We put a lot of time, care and ridiculously long hours around the smoker into what we make, and your feedback means a lot to us.

And I mean honest feedback.
If you loved it, please tell us. If something wasn’t quite right, tell us that too, and please... tell us why. We listen. We’ve made changes in the past because customers spoke up, and we’ll continue doing so.

🔥 Saturday — Tamarindo Saturday Market
🔥 Sunday — Playas del Coco

We’ll be fully stocked with slow-smoked brisket, our award-winning baby back ribs, and our famous Texas chili...no beans, obviously. And of course our house-made BBQ sauce, a little sweet, a bit tangy and totally delicious!

We’ve been selling out pretty quickly lately, so come early if you want the good stuff. Better yet, send me a message with your order ahead of time and I’ll set it aside for you.
