I was just talking today with a friend about how crappy food (kd, fast food, processed food) doesn't even taste good once you start eating real food. Once your body gets past the addiction it has to the chemicals and flavour additives, your body doesn't even want it anymore. The food isn't actually good, you are just addicted to it. And maybe this veggie bowl is far out there for you, but, coming back to whole food ingredients is where you no longer have to count calories or worry about what you are eating, you feel energized and well vs tired and bloated.
