Mañana se cumplen 20 AÑOS de Bread and Chocolate bajo mi dirección y me siento profundamente agradecido.
Gracias a todos por ayudarnos a alcanzar este increíble logro.
Desde los días de calles llenas de barro y baches hasta hoy, cruzando puentes nuevos de dos carriles, nunca habríamos podido recorrer este camino sin su apoyo. Hay tantas historias significativas y tantas personas que han sido parte de esto, demasiadas para nombrarlas una por una, pero sepan lo mucho que apreciamos a cada uno de ustedes.
A NUESTRA COMUNIDAD—su apoyo a lo largo de los años ha sido abrumador en el mejor sentido. Han celebrado con nosotros, nos han acompañado en los momentos difíciles, y han hecho de Bread and Chocolate un lugar que realmente pertenece a todos.
A NUESTROS CLIENTES—ya sea que nos hayan visitado durante años o que simplemente se hayan visitado una vez de paso, gracias. Nuestros clientes frecuentes se han convertido en parte de nuestra vida diaria y hasta las visitas más breves han ayudado a dar forma a nuestra historia. Es algo muy especial formar parte de un lugar que reúne a personas de todo el mundo, ya sea como
parte de sus vacaciones o de su vida cotidiana, y poder ser parte de su historia.
A NUESTRO EQUIPO, PASADO Y PRESENTE—ustedes son el corazón de este lugar. Muchos de ustedes han dedicado años de sus vidas aquí, y eso se refleja en todo lo que hacemos. Han creado algo que va mucho más allá de un restaurante, han creado un sentido de familia que se siente desde el momento en que alguien cruza la puerta. No hay palabras suficientes para agradecerles.

Veinte años es un gran logro, pero también es un recordatorio de cuántas personas se necesitan para construir algo significativo y mantenerlo.

Tomorrow marks 20 years of Bread and Chocolate under current (my) ownership and I am feeling incredibly grateful.
Thank you all for helping us reach this amazing milestone. From the days of muddy, pothole-filled streets to now crossing newly built two-lane bridges, we could never have made this journey without your support. There are so many meaningful stories and people who have been part of it, far too many to name, but please know how deeply we appreciate each and every one of you.
TO OUR COMMUNITY—your support over the years has been overwhelming in the best way. You’ve celebrated with us, stood by us, and made Bread and Chocolate a place that truly belongs to everyone.
TO OUR CUSTOMERS—whether you have been coming in for years or just stopped by while passing through, thank you. Our regulars have become part of our daily lives, and even the brief visits have helped shape our story. It’s something special to be part of a place that brings people from all over the world together, whether as part of their vacation or their everyday life, and to be a part of their story.
TO OUR TEAM, PAST AND PRESENT—you are the heart of this place. So many of you have given years of your lives here, and it shows in everything we do. You have created something far beyond a restaurant, you have created a sense of family that people can feel the moment they walk in. There are no words big enough to thank you.
TO OUR VENDORS AND FELLOW LOCAL BUSINESSES—we are proud to be part of a community that truly supports one another. The collaboration, encouragement, and shared commitment to making this town special is something we never take for granted.
AND BEHIND THE SCENES, TO OUR FRIENDS, FAMILY, AND SUPPORTERS—thank you for carrying us through the early mornings and long days and for being our foundation.
Twenty years is a milestone, but it’s also a reminder of how many people it takes to build something meaningful and keep it going.
We are incredibly proud of what Bread and Chocolate has become, and even more grateful for the people who made it possible.
