Our culinary team is exploring new dishes shaped by seasonal harvests, local ingredients, and the changing rhythms of the cloud forest. Some ideas begin in the garden, others around the stove, slowly evolving through experimentation, technique, and flavorful combinations.

This next chapter of the menu is very much alive and in progress. Rooted in seasonality, inspired by the land, and crafted one ingredient at a time.

Natural wood, organic fibers, and a restrained palette come together to create spaces that feel warm, serene, and timeless. Each texture invites a more attentive presence—a more intentional way of inhabiting space.

At Artista, we also celebrate Costa Rican design. The interior concept and curation were developed in collaboration with
NAAS Interior Culture , and complemented by a bespoke lighting design by Obra Gris . We also worked closely with local cabinetmakers and artisans, whose work adds a final layer, grounding each detail in the heritage of the land.

En Artista, también celebramos el diseño costarricense. El concepto y la curaduría interior fueron desarrollados en colaboración con
NAAS Interior Culture, junto a un diseño de iluminación a medida de Obra Gris . También trabajamos de cerca con ebanistas y artesanos locales, cuyo trabajo aporta una capa final que conecta cada detalle con la identidad del territorio.
