Harvesting at the right time ensures a clean and delicious profile. These are the three most important stages of coffee ripening: Green, Underripe, and Ripe.
Now, the next time you see a coffee plant, you’ll know what stage its cherries are in! 👀 👏🏻☕️

- Green: The cherries have not yet reached their optimal point.
- Underripe: This is the moment just before the cherries are fully ripe.
- Ripe: This is the perfect point. The cherries have reached their maximum sweetness and complexity, essential for high-quality coffee.

Each of our cherries goes through a rigorous selection and care process, ensuring that only the best ones are used. ☕ Both fermentation and drying are constantly monitored to ensure that the beans maintain their quality at all times. In this process, the magic lies not only in the fermentation but also in the meticulous attention to every detail at each stage.

It´s Flowering season at Inmaculada Coffee Farms! 🌱🌸Did you know that this stage is a crucial moment in coffee production? ✨
Our varietals are covered in beautiful white flowers, showing that coffee cherries will soon follow! During this process induced by the weather, nature and insects promote pollination. 🐝
And of course, we pay close attention to disease control and fertilization to ensure a successful flowering.
Every flower lasts for 3 to 4 days. The cherries will begin their ripening process until they are finally harvested, delivering the exquisite flavors of our coffees.🍒
