Located at the first floor of the coffee factory, the Bistro is the perfect place to take a pause during your Minca visit. After or before doing La Victoria coffee tour, taste one of our gourmet sandwiches made with home made bread and fresh organic products from the region. Add some sweet to your meal and try our cakes baked with love everyday.
