For those of you who have not yet tried hummus- it is a salsa of simple fresh ingredients made primarily from garbanzos, lemon juice, olive oil, garlic and tahini. It is vegetarian and vegan friendly, gluten free and dairy free. People eat hummus with just about anything from pita bread, sandwiches, wraps, and salads. It is a healthy alternative for dinner parties, office meeting snacks or as a main course!
