That phrase alone pretty much defines what we think about food: You should try and try over and over again in the direction your heart is telling you, until arriving at a place where you and your guests will be amazed and delighted. The stubbornness that gathered us to work on this project for the first time is really useful when it comes to serve our main purpose of changing the narrative about what Colombia is and has to offer.
