Un divertidísimo servicio ayer para cerrar un mes lleno de bendiciones y santo boleo. No podríamos estar más agradecidos con la vida.

Descansaremos en Semana Santa y volveremos el 3 de abril en nuestro horario habitual: miércoles a domingo de mediodía a nuestra última mesa que la recibimos a las 4pm.

Gracias por tenernos en cuenta.

Amamos nuestro trabajo, amamos aprender y amamos comprometernos y ser la mejor versión de nuestras capacidades, todos los días, y esto solo es posible por su inestimable apoyo.

We had a wonderful service yesterday to close an amazing month of March, filled with blessing and loads of work.

We are resting during Easter Week and will be back on April 3 in our regular hours: Wednesday through Sunday, noon to 4pm being our last seating.

Thank you for having thought to visit us.

We love our work, love to lear and love to commit and be the best version of our own capabilities, everyday, and this is only possible because of your invaluable support.

Chef Andrés vino a Prudencia hace siete años. Sin mucha experiencia de cocinar con fuego, terminó descubriendo muchas técnicas, metodología y la naturaleza de este elemento, y hoy hacen parte de su formación profesional. Ayer domingo fue su último servicio con nosotros y le estamos muy, muy agradecidos por habernos ayudado a trabajar con el compromiso que lo hizo. Fuimos felices juntos como brigada y seguramente lo seguiremos siendo como colegas.

La mejor suerte en su próximo ciclo y en su vida.

Toda la paz, el poder y el amor en su vida, Chef!

Chef Andrés came to Prudencia seven years ago. Without having much experience working with wood live fire, he embraced his journey and ended up integrating loads of technique, methodology and the nature of fire, and today all of these tools are part of his professional training. Yesterday was his last service with us and we are so indebted with him for having helped us work with the commitment he did. We had a blast being a brigade and will continue to do so as colleagues.

Best of luck in his next chapter of and in life.

El mayor privilegio de crear un restaurante es la gente que uno conoce, que de otra manera jamás se tendría tanta fortuna reunirse, saludarse y alegrarse mutuamente.

1. Desde Boulder, Co., Sandy y su pandilla. Casi como recibir a tus padres. Gente maravillosa.
2. Dos bellísimas hermanas Neoyorquinas que vienen desde Bangladesh que vinieron sin reserva y a Dios gracias se quedaron porque como un rayo del sol, hicieron brillar nuestra casa toda la tarde.
3. Silvia con sus bellísimos anteojos y Carlos con su amada cámara, vienen a visitarnos cada vez que pueden cuando bajan desde Tijuana, son siempre una bendición recibirles.
4. Diana y Nancy subieron el Everest juntas. Verlas disfrutar fue realmente contagioso, que bella amistad.
5. Y Scott, quien también por suerte vino sin reserva y se quedó; súper amable y súper paciente con nuestro caos, un neoyorquino por excelencia.

The greatest privilege of creating a restaurant is the people you host, that otherwise one would never have enough fortune of getting together, greeting and enjoying each other.

1. From Boulder, Co., Sandy and her gang of wonderful foodies. Kinda like hosting your parents. Amazing folks.
2. Two sisters from Bangladesh happened to walk-in and thank God they stayed because they were just a ray of the sun and they just lit up our place the whole afternoon.
3. Silvia and her awesome glasses and Carlos and his beloved camara; when they’re able to, they visit us every time they come from Tijuana. Always such a blessing.
4. Diana and Nancy, those two climbed up Everest together. Seeing them having a great time was so contagious, what a beautiful friendship.
5. And Scott, who also came without a resy and thank goodness decided to stay; super nice and super patient with our chaos, your quintessential New Yorker.
