Only 2% of restaurants in Zhongshan have an "A" Food Safety grade certification and we just received it. We are now being used by the Health Department as a working model for a open kitchen concept. This is an amazing achievement as the Health Department originally didn't even allow open kitchens. So proud of our BHP team for upholding the high standards we set for health and food safety. Congratulations on a job well done!
